Are learner drivers allowed to have passengers in the car?

When learning to drive can a learner driver have passengers in the car other than the instructor or other qualified driver?

Yes you can, if wanted them to attend a lesson then i would consult your instructor to see if they are ok with it, i've had pupils friends sit in the back a few time in some of my lessons to see what i'm like before they wanted to book any lessons with me!
